Tantara implements a corporate Quality Program proven effective on >400 projects. Our program conforms to the US Army Corps of Engineers/Naval Facilities Engineering Command (USACE/NAVFAC) Contractor Quality System, ensuring we consistently meet or exceed contract and project requirements.
All Management Personnel Trained in Quality
100% of Tantara, from technical and field supervisory personnel through executive management, have USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management training and certification, ensuring we all understand, implement and support the same program to achieve quality outcomes.
Our Quality Program is structured to support our key personnel, giving them the tools they need to optimize work practices and continually improve performance to deliver exceptional value to clients. Tantara quantitatively measures quality performance, establishing and reinforcing expectations that results in high-quality outcomes to support our clients’ programs.
On-Going Quality Reviews
Internal reviews and proactively seeking client feedback on our performance throughout project planning and execution ensures we remain focused on quality and meeting expectations. On-site Quality Control (QC) Specialists conduct daily QC meetings and inspections to ensure all work meets requirements the 1st time. Formal monthly project reviews led executive management along with Quality Assurance (QA) audits verify quality requirements are met on an on-going basis. Clients rating Tantara‘s performance as Very Good and Outstanding on >95% of projects in the last 5 years reflects the success of our quality program.
