Provide project/task management and technical support for environmental projects for Federal, State, and Municipal clients throughout New England.

Requirements

Experience in the management and execution of environmental investigation, design, and remediation projects for the Department of Defense in the New England and Mid-Atlantic Regions. Experience with munitions response/unexploded ordnance sites a plus.
Experience writing scopes of work, work plans, feasibility studies, remedial design documents, and site characterization reports.
Plan and execute field investigation and remediation programs.
Proven track record in completing project tasks on budget, and on schedule resulting in client satisfaction.
Accountable and responsible for planning, organizing, and control of each assigned task from initial proposal to completion.
Provide direction and integration of projection elements including staffing, health and safety, subcontracted services, and purchasing.
Responsible for the management of task documentation, manpower, materials, and cost tracking.
A valid driver’s license is required to drive a company vehicles.

Qualifications

Required Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil or Environmental), Geology, or Environmental Science.
Professional licensure (or demonstration of licensing track) required.
12 to 18 years of experience in environmental investigation, design, and remediation projects is required.
Experience conducting relevant projects for the Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and other Federal agencies (U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Army, and Air National Guard) is required.
LSP, LEP, PMP licensure/certification are a plus.
Ability to travel throughout New England and Mid-Atlantic Regions is required.
Strong track record of client management and customer satisfaction.
Strong writing, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills are required.
OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER and OSHA 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher is required.
